Looked this plant up, sounds like a good little plant to grow quickly with an interesting flavour - nice find Beth.

Thanks Peat!  We'll see how it does in the ag and how it tastes.  Can't be too strong tasting grown inside (I hope!).

Cool looking plants.  Took a taste and it resembles arugula to me - not spicy yet.

Weird, home ag mustard greens are stunted, but work ag mustard greens are doing great!

Work:           Home:

Same water and ag nutes but home is warmer and more seeds planted at home per pod.  Thoughts?

Warmer shouldn't hurt - I'm sure you don't keep your house so warm in November that it's a problem. So, I think you should be brave and scientific and eat half the greens in half the pods at home.

Joking aside, sure sounds like crowding is the issue. Although... This may just the the pictures, but are your greens at work redder? It's been my experience that red-leaved-things are redder in stronger-better light. My KRC lettuce outdoors is pure red, but indoors kinda red at brightly lit edges, or with 2 AG bulbs instead of 3, barely a vague blush. Can almost use them as light meters.
