Hi All,

Here's a pix of the outside garden.  Notice that I'm growing tomatoes in earthboxes out there this year. I do have 5 cherry tomatoes in the ground as well as a mountain magic tomato that is supposed to be resistant to early and late blight and Fusarium (my bane).  The earthboxes are doing great - I do have the automatic watering system hooked up to them. The left side of the garden isn't planted this year - that's where the greenhouse was supposed to go before the old truck needed a new transmission.  It now hosts a newly discovered underground yellow jacket nest.

Beth

Edit: Gisette fixed busted link to third picture. Because she wanted to see it.

Wow, Beth... Envy... So you have like 7 earthboxes, plus all that in-ground? What's in the tunnels now?

Hey Gisette, Long story, but I've actually got 14 earthboxes. I'm waiting for the sun to go down before I take pix of the wilty eggplant on the deck, ornamental peppers and ace bells. One eb for herbs and two for moon flowers to go. The hoops are housing jade green beans, tiger's eye dry beans and bush peas. Cucs in front under a row cover. Planted 60 strawberry plants in the back beds yesterday - the pyramid is going. Too hard to protect from the critters. We've got three acres which is nice - until grass cutting time (which I have gotten out of every time this spring ;>))

Wow, wow, Beth... BTW, how often do you replace the potting mix in your EB's? I'm guessing - not every year for 14 of 'em.

I ended up replacing/renewing 2.5 out of 3 this year.
