Green Beans in Cups

I removed 2 beans from an AG 7 pod kit I had bought in Dec 08 with a tweezer. They must have been glued in because it was hard as heck to get them out!

These are from the same pod kit that falled to produced bean in 10 weeks in the AG3. I am curious to know if soil will make a difference

The Green Bean Seed in Cup B failed to sprout so I tossed it.

I planted 2 new seeds from another AG pod (from the Dec 08 kit) in the cup but this time I put the beans in water first to remove the glued on part of the pod from the seed. I think that was the difference between cup A which sprouted and cup B.

Green Bean from Cup A looks like an alien.... lol!

Green Beans in Cups

Cup A - 3 weeks, 5 days old & Cup B - 3 weeks old

I tied them to some straws with pretty purple yarn. They look happy!
